Fischer – Spassky1972
Game six of the match of the century, and Fischer's first ever 1.c4 in a serious game. It transposes into the Tartakower Queen's Gambit — the first line in this repertoire, reached by a side door — and then shows the plan against Black's hanging pawns so cleanly that Spassky joined the applause at the end.
