How to cancel Pro, and when you can have your money back.

Cancelling

You can cancel Pro at any time. Press Manage on your profile to open Stripe's customer portal and cancel there. Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, your profile shows the date it ends, and you won't be charged again. After that the account returns to the free plan, and everything you have saved stays.

If you cancel during your 7-day free trial, you are never charged at all.

Your first payment

If Pro isn't for you, you can have a full refund of your first payment by asking within 14 days of it being taken. You don't need to give a reason, and nothing is deducted for the days you have used. When we refund it, the subscription is cancelled and the account returns to the free plan straight away.

Renewals

Renewal payments aren't normally refunded, so cancel before the renewal date on your profile if you don't want the next period. If you meant to cancel and a renewal went through anyway, write to us within 14 days of it and we will look at it kindly.

Mistakes

If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged when you shouldn't have been, we will always refund the charge in full, whenever you tell us.

Your right to withdraw (EU and UK)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the law gives you 14 days from the day you subscribe to withdraw from the Pro contract, without giving any reason. The first-payment refund above is at least as generous: it runs for 14 days from the first charge, which comes after the free trial, and it is a full refund. Either way, to use it, tell us clearly that you are withdrawing — an email to ashe.wooo@gmail.comis enough. You may use this model form, but you don't have to:

To woodpushr, ashe.wooo@gmail.com (postal address as given in the terms): I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the Pro subscription, subscribed on [date], under the account [email address]. Name: [your name]. Date: [date].

If you withdraw, we refund everything you have paid under the contract within 14 days of hearing from you, to the payment method you used, at no cost to you.

How to ask

Email ashe.wooo@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, and say which payment it is about. A refund is paid back through Stripe to the card you paid with; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank.

This policy adds to your rights as a consumer and does not take any away. In particular, if Pro doesn't work as described, you have the legal remedies that consumer law where you live gives you, whatever this page says. The rest of the agreement is in the terms.
